Battle of Valour 2025

'ATHLETE TERMS & CONDITIONS'

Eligibility

Athletes must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

All personal details provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Athletes will be required to provide an official ID or supporting documents to verify their information.

Care Package

Each registered athlete will receive an official Battle of Valour Care Package, which includes:

Tactical Backpack ×1

Performance T-Shirt ×3

Performance Shorts (for men) / Leggings (for women) ×2

Performance Socks ×2

Chalk Bag ×1

Velcro Patches ×3

Confirmation & Ticketing

Upon successful registration, athletes will receive a confirmation email.

Following confirmation, athletes will be sent an email requesting their official supporting documents (such as a national ID).

Athletes must provide these documents to receive their official event ticket.

Athlete Kit & Attire

Athletes are required to wear the official kit provided in the care package during the event.

Failure to wear the official kit may result in denial of entry to the competition area.

Event Attendance & Timing

Athletes must attend the event at the stated time.

Late arrivals will not be permitted to participate.

Event Format

Athletes acknowledge that some workouts may take place outdoors.

Marketing & Content

By registering for the Battle of Valour, athletes consent to the use of their image, video, or any content captured during and after the event for promotional purposes.

This includes but is not limited to social media, websites, advertisements, and other marketing materials.

Liability & Injuries

Participation is at the athlete’s own risk.

The event organizers are not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or accidents sustained during the event.

Refunds & Replacements

Registrations are non-refundable.

In the event an athlete cannot participate, replacements may be arranged subject to approval.

If no replacement is found, no refund will be issued.
