If you have faced an issue after buying a product/products of VALOUR and you would like to return or exchange please follow the instructions below to notify us of your case.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Products purchased from VALOUR may be returned for an exchange or store credit within  days from the order delivery date. Please be advised that the item(s) must have their original tags attached, unworn and unwashed. Contact us.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: If you believe you received a product that is defective, WE CARE THAT YOU CARE. Please email us and attach a photo of the defective product. Once we receive your email, expect to hear from us within 24 hours.
MIS-PACKED ORDER: If we have done so, we apologize!
Please email us and include details and photo(s) of the wrong package including all the necessary details you think are relevant (style name, color, size, etc.) Your request will be reviewed and addressed within 24 hours.
