Orders

     

      • Please be advised that customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping address upon purchase to ensure prompt shipments. Please double check that the address listed in your order confirmation email is correct.

      • Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the designated country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the designated country.

      • Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

      • Please be advised that under any unfortunate circumstances such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages, the selected delivery carrier is responsible for all shipment pieces that undergo delivery services during the time of transit and shipment handling. We shall, however, do our best to assist all our customers to resolve this.

      • All claims will be thoroughly reviewed case by case; claims may take up to 3 weeks to process. Once the delivery carrier responds our claim, we will be able to take further proper actions to resolve the issue. Until then, your kind patience is much appreciated.

      • Filing a claim does not guarantee delivery carrier will partially or fully compensate/reimburse you for your lost/stolen package, but we will do our best to assist you through the process.

    Shipping – General

       

        • We encourage our customers to create customers accounts with VALOUR upon making purchases as orders are shipped to the provided shipping address listed under customer’s account.

        • Please ensure to write in your correct delivery address to avoid the inconvenience, as VALOUR is not responsible for packages delivered to mistyped or invalid address.

        • Customers with returning packages due to insufficient address will be sent a verification email. You will have 72 hours to respond to enable the delivery carrier to deliver the shipment to the modified address; failure to reply within 72 hours will unfortunately result in order cancellation.

        • Funds will be transferred to store credit.

      Domestic shipping

         

          • Orders will be dispatched for delivery within 2 business working days. Once dispatched, delivery will be on the next business day.

          • Expected delivery dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of delivery experienced through delivery carrier.

        International shipping

           

            • International shipping expected delivery dates varies depending on the location.

            • Orders are generally received within of 10-12 business days (Depending on the selected delivery package)

            • Shipping dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of delivery experience through postal service.

          Returns/Exchanges

             

              • Items purchased from VALOUR Apparel may be returned for store credit ONLY as mentioned in the
                Customers Care Section.  All return requests must submitted within 15 days of purchase.   Please be advised that the item(s) must have their original tags attached and be unworn and unwashed.

              • Returns and exchanges on certain products (ie. Briefs) must also be unopened and in its original packaging.

              • All exchanges must be for products of equal or lesser value.  If requested items are of greater value than the original product(s) being exchanged, you will entitled to pay the difference. If a product in your order is out of stock, you will automatically be refunded for the purchase price of that item (taxes included).

              • Customers must ensure that orders made are with correct sizes. Please ensure that you have reviewed our (Size Chart Section – CLICKABLE) prior to completing your purchase. You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns/exchanges.

              • For defective products, we will issue a return prepaid label to enable you return the product(s) and also waive the fee on the return shipping for the new item.

              • Please allow 1-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange/defect to be processed dependent on the volume of returns at that time.

              • Gift Cards are non-refundable.

              • Store credits are issued with a code that will be emailed to your email address associated with the order.

              • VALOUR will only accept returns for products that are purchased directly through our website. We recommend initiating a return with the retailer you purchased them from.

              • All items purchased through VALOUR website must be returned or exchanged directly through VALOUR.  Outside retailers will not accept products that were not purchased at their location.

            Discount Codes

               

                • All discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout.

                • Only one discount code can be applied per purchase.

              Currency exchange/fluctuation rates

                 

                  • International exchange rates are implemented.

                  • Exchange rates fluctuate depending on the daily foreign exchange market

                Sale Offers

                   

                    • Discount codes are not applicable during SALE.

                    • VALOUR accepts returns or exchanges on sale items and customers will receive store credits for the purchased amount.

                    • Sale prices and discount codes are only valid during the time of the sale.  Sale prices will not be applied to any orders placed before or after the time of the sale.
